While transferring ownership is straightforward, there is a legal process to follow, and if you’ve not done it before, you might not know where to start.

Transfers of property between spouses can be non-dutiable, however, Transfer of Land between any other parties is dutiable at market value. At Blueprint, we can liaise with the State Revenue Office to provide you with a Stamp Duty estimate, where applicable.
